Water Rates & Policies

The monthly rate for water service is $55.00 for the first 3,000 gallons and $0.40 per 100 gallons in excess of 3,000 gallons. The rate includes the costs of water, operations and maintenance, reserves and depreciation, as well as bond and interest. Water bills are mailed on the 25th of the month and payment is due by 5 PM on the 10th of the following month to avoid a late fee.
