Council

The Village of Board of Trustees act as the legislative branch of our government, as well as its policy-making body. The Board looks to our community's goals, major projects and infrastructure improvements ranging from community growth to land use to finances and strategic planning. Their goal is to do the very best to represent their constituents after they've seen to the needs of the community as a whole. 

Brian Bina, our longest serving Trustee has much experience with Village government. He is employed in the public works department of Rantoul.

John Curtis, was a former Supervisor of Ludlow Water Department and retired as Supervisor of Water in Paxton.

Tom Fultz, works in the iron industry, serves as a trustee for the local school district, and is a volunteer firefighter with Ludlow Fire Protection District.

Tharla Palumbo, works in the medical field and also serves as trustee for the local school district.

Karen Shedd, likes to travel and is retired.

Marsha Spear, has also served as trustee for many years. She retired from the US Postal Service, serves her church's parish, and enjoys travel.
